The Company may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Company, in order to determine which of the Company’s services are the most popular. If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A to opt out of the sale of certain personally identifiable information that the Company has collected or will collect about you. Nevada law defines “sale” as the exchange of covered information for monetary consideration to a person for the person to license or sell the information to additional persons.
To submit an opt-out request under Nevada law, please contact us at info@philippinehubpartners.com with the subject line “Nevada Privacy Opt-Out Request.” We will respond to your verified request within 60 days, with a possible 30-day extension where reasonably necessary and with prior notice.
Please note that we do not currently sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. However, you may still submit a request and we will honor it in accordance with the statute.
